18th Century Style Secretary
This desk which my wife is keeping is made with cherry (secondary woods are popular and butternut) and all hardware is solid brass. It has taking roughly four months to build. This didn't consume all that time as you have to wait for glue to dry as well as the finish. During those times I have continued to turn a few bowls and made a pen/business card holder out of a beautiful cherry burl which I will post later.

Sofa Table
This sofa table was designed and built for a lady in Vermont. The legs, rails and drawer fronts are walnut with a maple top, drawer knobs and accent strip at base of legs. It is 5 feet in length, 15 inches in width and stands 36 inches. It is finished with five coats of blonde shellac, waxed and buffed.
